New for 2023: the IHF’s i-to-i Innovation Hub will make its debut in the programme at the 46th World Hospital Congress

Spotlighting unique technological solutions to challenges encountered in healthcare delivery at the IHF's annual World Hospital Congress, the Hub will showcase novel products which have had a transformative impact on improving access and increasing efficiency of sustainable, high-quality, patient-centred care. Innovations range from clinical (virtual nursing, no-touch vital signs, new generation telemedicine) to non-clinical (medication management, access, patient education).
Building the hospital of the future
From workforce to AI, and climate change to pandemics, major shifts in the healthcare landscape will require hospitals of the future to look and operate very differently. The Innovation Hub is presented in collaboration with the Healthcare UK - part of the UK's Department for Business and Trade, and Stanford Medicine.
Participants at the World Hospital Congress can visit the Hub throughout the event, following its pre-Congress launch on 24 October, to explore the innovations being presented. At the Hub, visitors can interact with the innovators and share learnings beyond the technology itself, such as change management, measuring impact, and overcoming roadblocks.
A series of Innovation Ignite Talks from the companies selected to participate in the Hub has been added to the Congress programme, as well as networking sessions during breaks.
