All registration rates are in EUR and inclusive of 23% Portuguese VAT.
*IHF Members – to check if your organization is an IHF member, view the list here. You will need to enter the member discount code during registration to obtain discounted rates. If you haven't received your code, contact congress@ihf-fih.org
** Students – you will be required to upload proof of student status (as a PDF), either a copy of your student ID or a letter from the university/school department head.

Group booking discounts
We offer discounts for group bookings.
- From 6 to 10 participants: 10% off the total amount
- From 11 to 20 participants: 20% off the total amount
- From 21 to 30 participants: 25% off the total amount
- From 31 participants: 30% off the total amount

Welcome Reception
24 October
The Welcome Reception will take place in the exhibition area on the evening of 24 October. An excellent opportunity to meet and interact with fellow attendees while exploring the posters, speaking with the poster presenters, and touring the exhibition booths. All participants are invited to join this reception, which is included in your registration!

Hospital visits
24 & 27 October
Visit 8 of Lisbon’s leading hospitals and health facilities. These guided visits are offered to Congress delegates for an additional cost of €45 per visit. Click here for more information on the 2023 Hospital Visits!
IHF Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner
26 October
The IHF Awards were launched in 2015 and are recognized around the world as the premier awards programme to honour hospitals and healthcare organizations. Find out who the winners are and why they were picked from hundreds of entries on the evening. The dinner also offers the perfect opportunity to cap off the day and further network with peers. Tickets are not included in the registration fee and can be purchased for €85 when you register. More information about the IHF Awards available here.

Visa Services
If your nationality is listed in the link below, you will require a visa to enter Portugal. Please tick the box when you are completing your registration and fill in the corresponding questionnaire in order to receive your Visa invitation letter.
Please note that the Visa invitation letter will only be sent to participants who have paid their registration fee.

Accompanying person
You can purchase an accompanying person ticket for your spouse/partner or personal assistant. This will allow them access to the Welcome reception, opening ceremony, closing ceremony, lunches, refreshment breaks and the exhibition. Please note that Accompanying persons are denied access to the scientific sessions. This can be purchased at a rate of €220.
Payment options
Payment for registration can be completed via credit card or by bank transfer. Please note that the deadline for registration selected via bank transfer is 6 September 2023.
